Reflective Essay.

    My family is really close with each other. We trust each other and love each other. In 2009 my sister got pregenant. This was her first baby. We were all very excited and couldnt wait for someone new to join our family. Personally I always wanted a smaller brother or sister because I was the "baby" in the family. But then again being the baby is actually good. You get spoiled more and get more attention. So for my niece coming to take my spotlight was kind of a downhill in my life.
    Someone new coming into our family was a life changing experience. In the beginning
I was worried.
I was worried my mom would lovee her granddaughter so much that she would cook for my niece and forget to cook for  me.
I was worried that my dad would love my grandaughter so much that he would forget to call me everyday to see how im doing or just to go get a coffee just because he was busy buying my niece toys.
I was worried that my sister would forget to even ask how I was doing because she would be too busy changing her daughters diaper. I would think "what if all that actually happend when my niece came to this so called earth?" When I would think that I would get sad and say to my self  I would rather just be invisble or even a piece of furniture laying in the house.
    Today my niece is turning one in 2 weeks and one day. I love her a lot. honestly everything i thought before about my family forget about me wasnt even close to what happend. They still love me and care for me and feed me and call me everyday and ask for me and just plain and simple are with me. They never let me down. They are always there when i need them. I know the little kids get more attention. so ofcourse they give alittle bit  more attention to the new baby in the family. Im totally okay with it because they still treat me the same as they did throughtout are there lives which was good.
    Later in the future  if my sister or my future wife have a baby I dont want Gianna(my niece) to think what i thought when my sister told me she was pregnant. thats BEYOOOOOOOND the opposite. They will always love her and care for her even if theres a smaller baby then her. They just might have to be with the little one more time because they need to be more taken care of. Its like a new pair of shoes. At first you dont want to get them dirty so you take relle good care of them . When they get a bit dirty then u start to be more not soo worried about getting them so dirty.

Mr.jeckyll and mr. hyde was both a book and a movie . first it was a book then a movie. The author sort of broke the books puzzle and put back the pieces in his own way to make it into a movie. One of the big changes he made was women. women were both different in the movie and the book. In the book there was only about two women. well actually one cause the little girl wasnt even a complete"women"  . that women was the maid. I think the importance in women wasnt that important back then thats why he made them with a weaker value and decided to put one so people dont think of him as a rude person.  In the movie i think that the director wanted women to be a part of the movie so he put many more in there. For example he put mr. carews daughter. shes a women. Also , there was this scene where there was a party and there was plenty of women. I think the director did this big change cause when they wrote the book which was WAY  back in the days women were only like house wives. they couldnt vote they didnt have freedom of speech or anything of that. they couldnt even stand up for theirselves. And since the movie was made later , i think that later women were viewed as equal as men and they had alittle bit more control over themselves and alittle bit more freedom . so they basically both did their movie/book on their social influences which is what is around them.

Blog Assignment #4- Persuasive writing.

I am in prosecutions for mr.hyde. I believe he should be guilty and sentenced to death. I believe he did kill Sir Danvers Carew because the maid was watching it from the window .  That is the only proof that we have is the maid. mr. hyde would do something like that. Hes the reason dr.lanyon died he gave a note to dr.lanyon showed him he had a surprise for him so dr. lanyon went . mr. lanyon clearly saw mr.jeckyll turn to mr.hyde. which made him die. if mr. hyde would have never send him the note he wouldve never died . so he killed mr.lanyon why wouldnt he kill Sir Danvers Carew. He has also done major damage to utterson . The only person who he hasnt done damage to was mr. jeckyll because he is mr.jeckyll / mr. hyde. If you want to no make him guilty  fine you can let it slide but your going to regret it when he does severe damage to another person .

Blog Assignment #3.

The person in the book Dr.Jeckyll and mr hyde who im most drawn into is Mr. Utterson.  He I think he is of the nicest characters there. One of the good character. The reason why im most drawn intoo him is because he stands out from the rest. He is like a radio . The radio never stops playing music never. He never stops trying to investigate where Mr. hyde is. First he was trying to investigate where mr. Jeckyll was but as soon as mr. jeckyll appears , hyde disappears an he wants to know where he went.  He is just investigating and investigating. I like that because he doesnt give up . He seems to just not get tired and i actually think that it takes a strong person to do something like that.  I think Stevenson tried to use mr. utterson to bring the themes out of the story. One theme that i think that stevenson tried to make with using utterson was that dont play games with a person who can play them better. the reason why i think that was because in chapter 2. Utterson said

If he be Mr. Hyde, I shall be Mr. Seek.

What i think he means by the is that if mr. Hyde wants to hide (ironic because hyde and hide ! ) then let him hide cause mr. utterson is just going to go find him.  Also another theme that Stevenson try to say with using utterson was Know the difference between good people and the evil ones. I think steveson tried to explain this theme by the following quote

"The last I think; for, O poor old Harry Jekyll, if ever I read Satan's signature upon a face, it is on that of your new friend."

I think by the quote stevenson ment that jeckyll was mean.This is why in my last blog which was " memorablt moment." second blog i put that jeckyll was the mean one. This sentence was for Natasha (nashaba)who disagreed with me because in the begginning of the story(chapter 2] utterson made jeckyll like the bad one but now getting closer and closer to the end of the story jeckyll looks like the nice one.

Memorable Moment.

There were alot of memoreable moment on the story of the door but to me one stood out more in particular. The moment was when mr. utterson and hyde were going to the bank to go give the check and see if it was valid . For some reason Uttterson didnt believe it was valid . When they got to the bank the banker said it was valid and utterson didnt believe it because there was another name on that check the name was Jeckyll . I think this story didnt relate to my article . but if i made a prediction it would. i predict that jeckyll is mr. hyde. but one is just good and one is evil . I think jeckyl is the evil one since in chapter too mr. lanyon said that he was going alittle crazy. I think in the story we have seen jeckyll . Maybe Stevenson hasnt showed him to us like literrly but if we use conext clues we can find out who jeckyll is . Like in chapter 2 when uteerson was asking hyde where was jeckyll . Uteerson describe hyde as a "beast". Hyde was never a beast so i think at that moment hyde was jeckyl. I think mr . hyde is the nice guy . Since he gave utterson a check and was acting polite and was taking the blame without going ballistic when he bumped into the little 7 year old. through this chapter i think many themes were implied like trust noone . that is the case where utterson didnt trust hyde with the check so he went with him to the bank . luckily the check was valid. Another theme is expect the unexpected. this goes for when it was 3am and a 8 or 10 year old was outside . who would honestly expect that. Not even me would be outside at 3 am and im 14 ! .

Good & Evil -The Philosophy of Good and Evil in Humanity

This article was basically about how Evil is everywhere and basically will ever leave. Also that the society makes itself  good or evil. Also that some people believe good and evil is a good thing because it has the power of people making free choices and that they dont only have one choice but they have two. We also need evil to appreciate the good stuff. Without evilness we basicaly would  never known what good really is or be seen. Also that in the face of evil there ALWAYS HAS TO BE SOMETHING GOOD IN IT. The central point of this article was that evil is good and that you need it. My reaction to this article is like "WOW" and very shocked becuase honestly i never really looked at it from this perspective. I always thought that evil was bad and i would never like want it to happend to me because it was just evil. Now i think evil is good. I know it sounds funny because it is. Like for example pretend your lazy and dont feel like tying your  shoes , so your walking u trip and fall. Evil made u fall . On the other hand evil made u relize to tie your shoes next time. It helps you relize your mistakes. Also if we only had good everyone will be so goody- too -shoes which is like everyone is the same and there no actions. (fights,arguements , etc) For expample its like watching a boring show your not going to want to watch it  cause its boring. Your not going to want to live life cause everyone is so boring and good . Life needs action . Evil makes action. I think at certain stuff evil is pretty fun and entertaining.
